I believe itachi would have better control for black flame. Remember itachi were only acting so if he serious he would use all his powers and control them.

I would go for itachi or Madara cos he has more abilitly than them.

But if in real world Id rather to have itachi eyes cos of tsukiyomi so I can give anyone horror and painful cos no one can catch me cos no proof or whatever.
