Land of Waves arc: Sasuke saved Naruto from Haku, Sasuke saved Naruto from the demon brothers (sorta), and Sasuke saved Naruto from falling to his death from a tree. Naruto sorta saved Sasuke by beating Haku.
Chunin Exams: Naruto saved Sasuke from Orochimaru's summon and Sasuke saved Naruto from team Sound (Sound team was only after Sasuke so no this doesn't count as a save, Sakura and Lee got attacked for trying to protect Sasuke). Sasuke freed Naruto when he was tied up and Naruto beat down the genjutsu users when Sasuke, Kabuto and Sakura hid and recovered.
Attack on the Leaf: Naruto saved Sasuke from Gaara.
Sasuke Retrieval: Sasuke spared Naruto's life. (Not really a spare if Naruto wasn't trying to kill Sasuke, he didn't impale him or use Gamabuta so I count this as Naruto letting Sasuke win since he was handicapped. You could say Naruto spared Sasuke for that same reason).
Team 7 reunion: Naruto didn't want to kill Sasuke, He could have made Wind Rasengan so when they clashed Chidori/Rasengan, Naruto would have won instead of even clash. Many people misunderstood Naruto, when he said he can't defeat Sasuke at his current level, many think he's talking about blind Sasuke, Naruto was talking about EMS Sasuke since that was his "current level"

. Naruto read Sasuke mind when they clashed. He chose not to kill him in the way I mentioned above
Against Juubito: Sasuke saved Naruto from getting obliterated by Obito and Naruto saved Sasuke from getting obliterated. (Technically Minato saved them both but Naruto chose to save Sasuke). Naruto also saved Sasuke by giving him chakra so Minato can FTG them out, Sasuke said he had a plan but how can he get out of a barrier made by Juubito? Against Madara, Naruto and Sai running at Madara kinda saved Sasuke from getting killed right there.
Add the fact that Sasuek didn't have a hit put on his head because of Naruto and Sakura, he even the reason why Gaara saved Sasuke from being killed by A and he even begged A not to.
