Somehow Minato traded places with naruto once jubbito rushed them

Erin is right, naruto used his chakra arm to touch his dad's chakra arm in order to minato be able to teleport them away, naruto also grabbed sasuke. Minato's chakra arm wouldn't have got there in time to grab both.
Naruto helped minato to save both. The reason why sasuke had to help him the last time is because he gets dumb while sasuke is arround, but it seems that he overcame thins in the last chapter.

Naruto helped saving himself and Sasuke by doing so, he teamworked with Minato to do so. So yes, Minato and Naruto worked to togheter for the save, so techniqualy Naruto WAS the one who saved them both but w=by working in teamwork with Minato. Both are part of the save.
