Who sasuke have surpass?

People alway said sasuke weak compare to the other but i want to know who sasuke have surpass and which skill level sasuke reach when comparing him to another ninja?

sasuke is a kage level fighter , he proved it when he killed danzo (also a kage level fighter) 10 times

He has to surpass EMS Madara + Kurama eventually.

I don't know who he has surpassed as of yet. He'd win in a fight against Itachi but isn't better overall.

He's stronger than Itachi, but he is not as skilled as his brother. He could probably beat all akatsuki members except Konan (with prep time), Pein/Nagato, Obito. (could be forgetting other members, just those are the ones that are obviously out of his league)

Itachi's Level - Itachi was just better .....Ugh i cant say ....

Obviously Kage Level - but there are just Some above Kage Level

Obito , Naruto , Nagato , Hashirama ( somewhat Kage but can not be compared to others ), Madara (ofc ) and probably Kabuto's full potential
