Basically, Mokuton dragon is more useful than PS against Narutos bijuu form, since it can supress his power. Its easier for Madara to supress it with dragon, than to defeat it with PS.

Did u know that both madara and obito ave unlimited energy and almost charka because of the first hokage cells but both naruto and madara are holding back on each other in that fight
