Naruto was talented, but at the beginning he was the worst academy student and Sasuke always used to save him on their missions but that changed on the chunnin exam. He did learn kage bunshin no jutsu when he was a kid and i call that a talent. they are both talented, but naruto worked harder than sasuke and thats a fact
