Who ruined Infinity War

Rewatching a thought came to my mind;

Who fucked up the most?

There were a lot of screw ups in the fight so let's see whose was bigger.

Scarlet Witch - fucked up by not destroying the mind stone sooner

Thor - fucked up by not going for the head

Strange - fucked up by giving up the time stone

Starlord - fucked up by hitting Thanos bringing him back to consciousness when going for the gauntlet.

Tony - fucked up by not using his feet boosters to help pull the gauntlet off


Personally I think it was Quill. They were getting the gauntlet off and lost the chance.

I think they had a theme, Thanos was ready to sacrifice his "humanity" for the greater cause, while all the other characters failed to see the bigger picture.

Also why was Thor weaker than a young Thanos during the endgame final fight? IW Thor with Stormbreaker would have easily destroyed the young base Thanos! Is it because endgame Thor is not as powerful as IW Thor?

Because Thanos is whole tier above Thor . Only characters that should be able to defeat Thanos (without gems) are DR Strange and Scarlet witch.

Yeah but both of those characters were nerfed in the Cinemaric Universe like a mofo. Hell, even low-tiers like Quicksilver were absolutely butchered, but yeah Wanda could’ve spoken him out of existence if she at her peak.

That Wanda from House of M had other source of power just like Thanos had other source like infinity stones . Regular Wanda would lose more time than not against Thanos but she has potential to beat him under right circumstances.Dr Strange should be able to handle Thanos way easier.Actually I think Thanos needs at least 1 stone to beat DR Strange.

Also in reality every character is nerfed in movie universe.Just look at Odin and how pathetic he is. Thanos is just amazing brawler without any energy projection displayed or even his intelligence being mention in proper manner. Thor except lighting doesn't have any other power.

Only characters that are above their comics versions are captain America and Iron man who is made more significant than he really is in comics.
