kakashi know most but dont use all tecniques
orochimaru knows alot and uses them to create custom tecniqes/minipulates them.
kabito is a total copyier with the i am nobody copys everything trying to find who is is.
sasuke borrowed techniqes and power for power alone. then later on spamms his eyes/brothers eye
