Well besides the fact Kakashi would have been the only person to actually be ABLE to beat Obito in this MANNER because of access to the dimension only he and Obito share.

Who actually knows if Kakashi "won" ? isnt he kinda screwd at the moment? (stuck inside the dimension)

if kishi lets kakashi out by him using tobi version of kumai isnt that trolling?

Obito didn't lose because of Kakashi being strong, Kakashi won because Obito understimated him and lacked chakra in his current state (Obito is the most active character in the war, WITHOUT ANY MEAN to recover chakra).

Yeah, it is in a way.

The lack of Mokuton use it's annoying. He could've used Mokuton as in the chapter where Kakashi killed Rin, but he decided to use something thinner than a sword. Plot, IMO.

no, what im saying is how can you say Kakashi "won" the fight when he in fact lost (he is stuck forever) and Obito is gonna die too but that would make a tie not a kakashi win
