Perfect Susanoo w/ Enton control would be a better choice and would bring him closer to Naruto. Some of the variants of Yasaka Magatama were comparable to paper bombs.

Edit: Naruto has far more than simple tbb's. He can create hundreds of clones & spam Odama rasengan's, rasenshuriken's, etc. Chou Odama Rasenshuriken, Tbb rasengan's, anything else?

Clones are useless bro, to a sharingan user at least. Amaterasu > wind which would burn the giant rasengan which would blaze even more lol fail for Naruto. Logic over your one minded logic (not saying that to be mean.)

Amaterasu is no where close to as destructive as Tbb, FRS, Odama FRS, Odama Rasengan, Tbb Rasengan, etc. Amaterasu also has a very slow burning rate.
And Kirin's destructive capacity was only enough to destroy a small mountain. Its not comparable to Naruto's destructive capabilities.

lets face it if both Naruto and Sasuke were to face 10.000 ninjas Sasuke would ultimatly end up getting out of chakra whilst Naruto would spam them all to oblivion in a matter of Minutes
Naruto can move at the speed of light, not to mention his sensory abilities are heighted way more in Kyuubi mode (not as much as in Sage Mode but still a lot) Sasuke can't touch him with Amaterasu, same way he couldn't touch A with it, except by baiting him into it, and Naruto would not fall for that.
As for Kirin, Naruto could Dodge that with his speed, or block it with a Rasenshuriken if need be, Kirin might be lightning fast, but the amount of time it takes to set it up, and then manipulate it is not lightning fast.
On sheer offensive abilities Naruto wins, he has more chakra, more powerful moves and more stamina.
Hate to say this but Sasuke's arrow has been nerfed and Naruto can easily deflect it by chakra hands (That is, if he can't dodge it). Also, I doubt Amaterasu would hurt a chakra cloaked Naruto (BM or KCM assuming he would even be hit by it)

Besides I don't see how seeing through clones is clones is going to stop a thousand of them from pulverizing you with rasengans from all directions.

Sasuke amaterasu sword kill 2 giant juubi clone while Naruto resengan shuriken kill only one.This show clearly Sasuke sword is more effective than rasengan shiruken

sasuke is far more deadly!! this is what kishi has been pointing out from the start naruto has left his victims alive since the start shadow clones beat people up while sauskes fireball jutsu incinerates..the chidori is for assinations while rasengan has left numerous people alive after a direct hit in part two sasuke gains a sword which adds greatly to his character versatility but its a weapon that if a direct hit ensues its serious damage sasuke gets one time critical hits while naruto can break down defenses any thing sasuke uses successfully will be a definitive part of the fight even his taijutsu mixed with his sword makes avoiding him the only option or you will suffer large damage that will most likely kill you.. narutos frog katas are good but would you rather get hit with a strong punch or get your arm cut off ? sasukes more deadly in taijutsu here amatertsu is instakill for anyone without plot sheilds or superfast or incredibleeeeee defense i know narutos rasenshuriken is also instakill but ama is faster and more assination like rasenshuriken makes an explosion ama will incinerate its target sussano is death if you get caught by it swords will kill you enton release is death on contact so sasuke has to not touch you at all with any of his arsenal jutsu taijutsu genjutsu and dojutsu for him not to be highlyyyyy effective even chidori has a better chance to kill while rasengan should be stronger in pure power chidori is gunna kill you if you get hit in a good spot or its gunna brutally handicap you if you get hit anywhere obito got a rasengan from bijuu mode naruto to the face and just broke his mask pre time skip sasuke gets to chidori obito in the face and its over for him see what im getting at? sasuke=assassin & killer ninja Naruto= Pure Powerhouse
