None of them are fodderizing or raping him. How would Hinata, Shino, Kankuro, Shikamaru and Neji easily beat him ?
Neji would probably win but would be given a challenge.
Hinata would loose because she is not as varied as Neji and when she tries to get near he would use Reverse Crescent on her.
Shikamaru would win with info and prep but without it Omoi beats him.
Since his sword has been capable of easily slicing puppet strings than Kankuro is ****ed.
Shino is good against long-range opponents but with a Taijutsu fighter like Omoi who is capable of conducting his blade with electricity.
Sai would beat him but with difficulty. U_U

Omoi hasn't shown anything impressive other than decent kenjutsu skills.
They would all beat him with moderate difficulty at the extreme.

Well Omoi doesn't stand a chance against Lee, Neji, Temari and Choji for obvious reasons. As for Kankuro's chakra strings being cut, well Kankuro can simply reattach them and there is a reason why Kankuro lead Omoi and not the other way around.
Shikamaru could attack mid range and Omoi is always worried about something. Shikamaru can exploit this and gain an advantage over Omoi. Omoi will have trouble closing the distance and even if he does, Shikamaru would find it even easier to use shadow possession against him. Also bear in mind that Shikamaru can use shadow shuriken jutsu which binds the enemy if the shuriken hits the shadow. IMO this jutsu is pretty OP and Omoi won't be able to counter.
Shino would overwhelm Omoi with bugs based on what we have seen of him. Omoi may fall for a bug clone feint and get ensnared by an army of bugs while Shino laughs endlessly. Unless of course Omoi has other lightning techs just like Kakashi, Darui and Sasuke in which case, he'd make quick work of those bugs.
I don't know much about Omoi's speed so I can't say if he beats or loses to people like Sakura and Kiba but he should be able to win against Ino, Tenten and Hinata.
Sai should also emerge as the victory if they fought as he is very versatile and proven to be quite fast.

Kiba can beat Omoi when he turned Double Headed Wolf because if he hit Omoi with that Omoi will be down...
