I was going to decide on tenten but I choice shino. He's a very intelligent shinobi but he's kinda a creepy character and becomes more ambiguous during the series.

ino would complain about the problems of the village when shes hokage. shino would make a no killing bugs law which would throw everyone into jail. and choji would cause the leaf village to have a food shortage and go into a depression

Neji or Shino would most likely be a great candidate if they were just a little stronger.
Rock Lee would be amazingly passionate and would be an AMAZING Hokage.

I voted for Hinata as she is too weak-willed and shy to make any important decisions and would just try be nice and polite to everyone the Leaf Village would be destroyed overnight.
