Who needed Sharingan more?

Tough. Itachi focuses on genjutsu and Sharingan is his means, but Obito literally uses Kamui at every chance. Itachi is left with strong senses, good shuriken usage, finger genjutsu, basic fireballs, clones, and his tools. Obito is left with...??? Basic fireball & another cool fire jutsu, twigs, and taijutsu that's weaker than Kakashi's?

Obito needed it more.

Obito wanted to use Kakashi's raikiri to break the curse seal on his heart that Madara placed.

Throughout the fight Obito kept using genjutsu on Kakashi where he had a giant hole in his chest, and during their genjutsu battle it kept ending with Kakashi stabbing Obito with chidori in the chest.

And then they fought and Kakashi stabbed him in the chest just like Obito wanted.

Kakashi was duped throughout the battle bruh. Obito even said as much to Madara, that he intended for Kakashi to break the curse seal for him with his chidori (since Madara's jutsu made it that Obito couldn't break it himself).
