sasuke was born in an elite clan :uchiha ,
kakashi taught him chidori .
orochimaru gave him the seal .
his brother gave him the ms .
he got saved so many times that i cannot even count .

Sasuke earn Ms from Itachi ,that why itachi told him he gotten strong etc
