who made zetsu?

If they claim zetsu was made from the cells of the first, then who or what made him? Is he a normal ninja n would that make him a senju if he was just born like that even when that seems highly impossible?

I assume he was an experiment by Oro to make the Sage of Six Paths, which he was planning go take over to achieve power. It was made with the black side having Uchiha DNA and the White being Senju. It failed, so Oro abandonex Zetsu. Thats when Tobi asked him to help him. I theorize it was si.ilar to Kisame. Both had problems with the world, Kisame being lies and Zetsu being rejection, so Tobi usex that to convince him to join.

I also thought it might have been made by Oro 4 madara in his time as an akaktsuki but then wouldnt kabuto have info on him n dont some of the events show that zetsu might have been around during the second o third ninja wars, doesn't that makes him older than Oro?
Plus if it was madara who made him, does that mean madara is a scientist cos we have seen him with sharigans in his hide out?

I think Zetsu was made by Madara, because Zetsu is the only one who never called Tobi Madara, while he was using the ID of Madara. Zetsu always called him Tobi.

I believe the original Madara made him and gave him to Tobi before his death.
