Who made better usage of their clones? Naruto or Madara?

Naruto managed to fool Kaguya with his clones. He has always used his clones skillfully not to mention he could spam them in thousands if necessary. Learnt FRS using his clones. Madara too has some cool tricks up his sleeves but I'll give this to Naruto.

Naruto actually used them to deceive, outnumber, and overpower. He not only makes clones but he also transformed them into objects like Sasuke's windmill shuriken when they were fighting Zabuza, a Rasenshuriken feint when he was fighting Pain, reverse harem Jutsu against Kaguya etc.

Naruto definitely. He's made all of his progress through the use of his clones. Madara was pretty cool with clones too, but Naruto single handedly saved the shinobi alliance and the war with his. And 100 RSM clones beats 4 limbo clones.

Lol 2 RSM Clones were enough to seal 1 limbo clone so he only really needs 8 XD

Madara literally only used clones one time. Although he made them for a comical purpose and equipped them with Susano'o, Naruto has used clones in far more creative ways.
