I always thought Naruto is better looking, but Sasuke is more stylish and has more pose. That gari clothes do nothing for Naruto, also.
I understand why Naruto is not a womanizer in the manga. He is really jerk, annyoyng and moron. In real life he would be that hyperactive retarded classmate or the silly best friend.

And I agree, the manga don't have much sexy male characters.
I think Kakashi, Minato, Madara, Sasori and Itachi are good looking, but most part in fan arts.

Sasuke has that really good Japanese genes, while Naruto has that bulky American/European faced features.

Though you didn't really pic the best screen shot for Naruto, that was one of the worst animated scenes in the movie tbh.
