True. So that begs the question, why would you not use a tech that strikes as long as you have a line of sight on something and is near impossible to stop once it hits?

Its dumb. When he first pulled it out it was like woooooah this Susanoo Amaterasu arrow is heavy, just obliterates anything, forced Danzo, Kage level ninja, to use Izanagi because it couldnt be avoided otherwise. Now its just, throw a bar at it and its gone? DUMB
