We know the uzumaki clan were feared for their sealing technique but who killed them. They are some still alive but who killed majority of them.
Was it madarra I think no cause we know madarra gave ringegan eye to a uzumaki. Why would he give eye to an uzumaki if he was meant to hate them.
Was it the uchiha clan I am thinking no. Cause uchiha already had one clan as rival they were the senju. They don't want another rival.
Was it hyuga I am thinkin yes yes I think hyuga clan are evil just like the uchiha. They have family problem they are the oldest clan in leaf village kasahi stated that I know uchiha and senju formed leaf village that doesn't mean there were people living on that land.
My reason why hyuga clan killed the uzumaki.
It was said uchiha and senju are descendant of the younger son and older son it never stated they directly came from them.
I think uzumaki came first from younger son and hyuga came first from older son.

The hyuga were so bitter and jealous of the younger so that they started to put curse mark on their younger sibiling Neji father being the younger son had the cursed mark on him.
The hyuga clan formed the branch family making younger son the servant while older son gets the throne.
After many generation came the uchiha from the branch family so that's why the uchiha slogan is called "cursed of hatered" note the word cursed and hatered you could see how bitter Neji is from the cursed sealed on him.
Same goes for senju they came from the uzumaki and returned to leaf village to take what their right fully.
They fought the uchiha instead of hyuga a more power full clan.
