Madara died possibly of old age, or he killed himself.
Hashirama probably died in war, or he was killed by Tobi.
Tobirama was killed by 20 elite Jounin.

This n i also think tobi killed hashi but tht just my opinion

and i think the 2nd died in an attak i think they showed it in one of the five kage summit episodes because that was when the 3rd became the hokage or something like that
