Jaguar D. Saul same reason as Aokiji, but he put people before the betterment of the government where Aokiji initially failed

Garp funny, and also has a good heart overall

Smoker has a true understanding of justice....also has a pretty cool DF...helps since my favorite MK character is Smoke XD

I'm going to have to vote for Saul simply to give him some credit ^.^....otherwise would have gone with the troll!
