His mindset is very interesting. He is deeming parts of reality fake and wanting to make his own reality based on his own thoughts. It's interesting and a form of insanity.

he killed tons of senju, wanted to kill his best friend on cold blood, attack konoha and destroy it on a whim, kill his own family (uchiha), betrayed Obito despite everything he did for him as a sign of Madara's cruelty , killed 100 of ninjas with a meteor and simply called it ''fun'' , toying with the gokage and nearly killed them.

Madara is by far the greatest villian of all time.

I'm the same way >.>... Both are great. Though, the plot makes Obito less appealing right now :/... I'unno, just him being too strong and.. The lack of death he's caused for being so powerful

Well , he is kinda a villain, but what I dislike about him is , he says "time for me to do something" and then next chapter sits his ass off again . He is pathetic btw , how can someone be so fixated with another person ? Tsk Tsk Tsk U_U

Orochimaru not only experimented on dozens; but he , as I said before, sacrificed those who worshiped him for the Edo Tensei Jutsu. Which leads right into my next point on his villainous streak. Using emotional, influential people in Hiruzen's life. And having Hiruzen fight them to the death ontop of having to face his former pupil.

Orochimaru is the king of cruel. Not as personal, random betrayals of high level shinobi just makes him "Badass". I suppose you also find it cool he most likely defeated both without the use of the EMS.

And, the Uchiha Clan and Madara obviously weren't close if they LEFT him for their mortal enemies. If they'd rather elect a Senju over one of their own. Jiraiya did say that his relationship with Orochimaru was much like Naruto and Sasuke's at the valley of the end; Where they said they were as brothers [I believe...]. And Orochimaru at least twice tried to kill Jiraiya.

The bold is not true... A true villain has a goal, has something to achieve. While enjoyment in fighting is not a bad thing.. Certainly not a sign of a true villain. And, Orochimaru himself was sad he couldn't continue fighting with Naruto in Shippuden. So, invalid point?

Orochimaru's deeds, general wickedness, and his goal itself is selfish. Why does Madara even want the Moons eye Plan...? He seems more preoccupied with Hashirama's wood. Literally, he wants to fight him and nothing more. He is a fool. There's a reason so many consider Madara to be a pitiful villain. Unless, we're all haters of course.

1-obviously killing more people is worse because of the simple fact that you get prison-ed depending on how many people have died on your hands and Madara killed much much much much more people than Orochimaru have.

2-not as cruel as Madara who didn't even cry when his parents died nor he complained about his brother giving him his eyes.

3-Madara and Hashirama's friendship is much stronger than Orochimaru's with jiraiya. How many times did madara try to kill Hashirama? more than 10 times. The Uchiha clan that lived with Madara through out his life until his defection and he wanted to kill them along with senju + old people + children + women on a whim just for name of fun. lol Orochimaru even cried during the konoha invasion.

4-so what? Madara was sad when he didn't see Naruto's potential, he was sad that Gokage didn't give a him a good fight. like i said Madara only fights to enjoy not for any of his goals (
