Who is your favourite Kage (besides the Hokage) and why?

Mine is the Second Mizukage because overall he is such a great character. Very funny and carefree; literally trolled everyone in the Alliance yet he still cares about the fate of the shinobi world. He is very strong and has awesome moves like the infinite explosion ninjutsu (Jouki Boy). Not to mention he wears a very nice costume which just adds to his epicness, and those wispy whiskers of his are sure hilarious.
