Sarutobi was the best written character, he honestly felt like an old man who wanted nothing more than peace.
Hashi comes in second because, he was a badass when he wasn't being a dork like Naruto

The rest are just jokes, Tobirama was so lame and irrelevant that Kishi made him revolve around techniques that apparently were his own because he hadn't planned on introducing him, while Minato is a fan serviced knight in shining armor good boy. And Tsunade is just your stereotypical FF-sized bust woman that punches hard

Facts are facts, Minato was a total failure. He died trying to protect the village, he let Obito get away and he teleported the nine tails to an impossible location where Hiruzen and the other Shinobi couldn't do shit. Everyone likes Minato because he's cool but he amounted to nothing.

Danzo was the only man who would have done right by Konoha, he had a clear vision and he knew what he had to do.

Lmao troll he teleported the Kyuubi where everyone could be safe and he could seal the Kyuubi. Obito got away? Be happy that Minato atleast stopped him for the time being, there was no one who could defeat Obito at that moment.
