Hard choice. I like them all except Hiruzen. I don't hate him, but I don't like him. If I had to pick, I would pick Minato or Tsunade, I can't really decide.

I like Minato's fighting style and his intelligence. I also like how he is goofy.

I like Tsunade because I believe she is the best hokage in terms of politics, and I love her relationship with Naruto. She thinks of him as a grandson, which I think is cool.

Hashirama and Tobirama are tied for honorable mentions for me lol

Tsunade - the only Hokage that limited Roots and Elders hold over the village. I am sure she would most likely return Konoha to its former democratic status, which Tobirama royally screwed over. She also endeavoured to mingle with Ninjas and actually understand their issues.

The are qualities of a great leader. Her unmatched intelligence in the medical field speaks volumes as well. The rest either escalated things or didn't have enough time (Minato).

Tobirama was a racist, Minato was overrated, Tsunade didnt protect it, Hiruzen was boring, Hashirama was to giving and somehow managed to die, they are all failures to me.

Minato, because he's arguably the coolest, naturally smartest, and fastest out of the four.

Hiruzen, I like the way he seemed to act as a father figure, warm and friendly to anyone and everyone in the leaf. Prehaps this care was his downfall but even then, that kind of makes me appreciate his character that much more.

Second runner up being Minato, mostly because of the fact that he became such a huge part of Naruto's life, and gave his own to save his son and the world.
