Ironically my favorite two have been Erza and Mystogan (ha...Jellal).

Erza has a cool personality as well as the concept of Re-quip...had they not made her armour into interchangable fan service instead of awesome armours (though some are cool...too many are skimpy)

Mystogan looked awesome, and he used cool magic! Illusions are always cool!
