Orochimaru. He's the truest villain Naruto had, he had such a presence. He wasn't in it for peace and love, he was in it for himself. He wanted war because it amused it him. He psychologically tortured Hiruzen because he hated him. He just does evil things. He may not be the most complex villain, but you don't have to be complex to be a kickass villain. Like the Joker.

Kimimaro said those things. Kabuto said he treated Orochimaru as a deity. Orochimaru was quite literally his savior.
