I really like the tailed beasts in general. I can't possibly choose just one.
My favorite Jinchuuriki is Killer Bee because he's funny as shit.

When I saw this, I actually laughed hard as ****. Bee was like gotcha bitch! haha.
But instead of choosing a tailed beast, I'll just say which ones I like particularly and why.
1. Kyuubi- Been a fan since I started reading Naruto. Love the foul chakra that it seemed to have, and I remember seeing Narutos' first use of it's chakra against Haku in an English translated American Naruto comic. It was probably the third volume. I bought that back in the day (gave it away to my younger godbrother, I'd hate for my friends to see that) and was really excited to see the Kyuubi chakra take over Naruto and it did not disappoint.
2. Ichibi- Looks cool, funny demeanor, talks like he's ****ed up, and can eat the hosts personality.
3. Yonbi- This thing is a beast, it picked up the Hachibi and just threw it. Lava release is pretty sweet too. Also, it looks like the giant monkeys that the Saiyans turn into in Dragonball.
4. Hachibi- Laid beck demeanor, and was the only tailed beast to ever call out it's perverted host when Bee was looking at Yugito's breasts. Naruto transforms into naked women and the Kyuubi just doesn't give a ****.
I guess the Kyuubi is at the top though. I'm all for Naruto gaining control of it's powers, but I liked the Kyuubi as a tailed beast better when it's personality was more evil.
