Sarada. Will likely have the best development out of all female characters, her story arc is not only unique to the series, it also is not cliched, and is even relatable for the common audience, and she represents many of the best traits a girl (or person in general) can have. She is studious, practical, polite, friendly, cautious, hardworking, refined, responsible, yet through all of these things she is still playful, social, light hearted, and opinionated at times. She is a very balanced individual, with realistic flaws (like her temper and attitude at times), but they do not totally get in the way of her character, and she has strong presence while not overbearing.

I do not care if she ends up super strong or not (though she probably will), i just want to see where her character goes, because it is super interesting, even though it has just begun. She has a lot of potential to evolve into a very mature and meaningful character.
