Ninjutsu: Sasuke a realy great arsenal and variety of jutsu

Genjutsu: Sasuke genjutsu rinnegan the strongest after mugen tsukiyomi and it dose not require eye contact or the moon to activate not to mention he's can't be affected by genjutsu because of rinnegan so other genjutsu users will be have their genjutsu blocked with rinnegan and genjutsu rinnegan would defeat them without even eye contact.

Taijutsu: that's tough maybe kakashi, sasuke(mainly part 1 and hebi also akatsuki sasuke had some moves too) and lee.
