[Discussion] Who is with sabo at the End of Chapter?

At the end of the chapter, Sabo exits the house and rides some crows to meet hack.

At the end of the chapter sabo ask "you can pull these out when ever you want?" and the crow responds "yes whenever"

This leads me to believe that the crow summoning was a devil fruit ability of someone but Im not sure by who. Does anyone have any idea or theory where the crows came from or who they may belong to. I feel as though I might have missed something.

OT: It's probably a paramecia cos the crows were conversing with Sabo, I think the person can become crow(s).

It's a Revolutionary Army member with a crow zoan. Kabu, who had a beetle zoan, was able to all other beetles and have them help Robin, Bartolomeo, and Rebecca to Level 4. So it is pretty safe to assume that zoans can call for help from the species that their DF turns them into. I think that the talking crow was the crow zoan and the other crows were called to help the crow zoan. He probably used the crows to watch out for anyone coming to Dressrosa, and that's how the Revs knew that CP0 was coming back.

It's obviously sai's crow, sent from konoha to dressrosa, to help their other world brothers when they are in need.
