Hidan or maybe Konan.. You know, Kishi mostly doesn't give women much credit in his manga.

I really don't think Taka as a part of Akatsuki, but if they would be included, then I'd say Karin...

In top 25 I put him over nagato but thts debatable to be honest

Also current orochimaru with his 3 Edo kage (dont count hashi)I put him over current obito (mainly because 2/3 of edo kage r FTg users) this is also debatable (extremely) but its in my lists not everyone elses


Now to answer question who's weakest member if u count everybody

I would say Karin if u don't count taka I'd say either hidan or zetsu tho who knows how much Mokoton he can use
Would it be on scales of hashirama hell no but would it be enough to take out hidan who knows and zetsu prime is 2 of them using mokoton

1 Zetsu clone is the weakest, however the entire Zetsu clone army at once would be a headache to defeat.
Without counting Zetsu (since he's hard to rank), Hidan is the weakest.

Hidan's main Jutsu is very inefficient since he has to take the time to draw a circle on the ground, collect blood, and must remain inside the circle to use it.
Someone who could crack the ground to destroy the marking would render all the effort useless.

Also his speed, strength, and taijutsu/kenjutsu is Meh at best. Easily outclassed by most Jounin level of Asuma level or higher.
True he's immortal but he could be incapacitated or restrained once he's caught.

*There are also some ways to completely kill hidan:

Incinerate him with strong fire jutsu (like Obito or Enton), liquify him with acid (like mei's), reduce him to dust using Jinton (like Oonoki).
