Hidans curse is pretty much a one shot jutsu.. if he manages to get ahold of your blood your pretty much slayed.

I'd say Zetsu, it's true that Black Zetsu fought the Mizukage, but he was taken down by Chojuro. His Mokuton is not as good as Hashirama's and I think that Hidan is a more dangerous opponent to face.
