I believe he is Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's supposedly dead teammate from Team Minato. The hair is similar, and the age would be about right. There is also a major focus on his RIGHT sharingan, which is his original one. His transportation and dimensional warping is similar to Kakashi's Mangekyo ability, except Tobi's is localized whereas Kakashi can place his where he wants. I have just noticed that Mangekyo's tend to have similar abilities, like Sasuke's which both creat Amaterasu and control it.

to be honest i think tobi is the elder son of the six paths because of everything that has happen so far look at the way he said that he gave nagato the rin and also i think what he did was took madaras eyes and put them on him and claimed he was madara so that everyone would focus on the uchihas. If you also think about it he seems to have the stories on the people too like the six paths the ten tails and the other son. It just a thoery but thats what i think it is
