It is obvious who Tobi is, but people are too stupid to figure out. Have you ever wondered how someone like Tobi could possess the Rinnegan and able to give to a young Nagato. The same Tobi who knew Madara before he died. This answer has always been obvious from the start, but people were incapable of finding it.
