Who is Tobi?

Some say he is Obito. I don't agree with that. When the village was attacked by the nine-tails, Obito would not have been old enough (hence tall and mature enough) to look like the masked man did. And that's assuming he didn't die under the huge mass of rocks which fell on him. I think Tobi is like a second Madara but composed of a zetsu. He has the personality of Madara and pretty much same hair with a sharingan. Another theory I just saw tonight was that Tobi is actually Sasuke... Yeah you read that right. Sounds crazy, huh? Yes he would be 'old and tall' enough, he's around the same age as kakashi and they should kakashi right before the fox attacked. Kakashi was 'old and tall' enough
