who is tobi?

Everyones got ideas but cant be 100% sure my idea of who he is , is that tobi has something to do with zetsu but who tobi is, the clues r very faint but when tobi said 'you can call me who u want im no one' also when he met itachi with all that hair looking like madara or izuna's hair also his sharigan is always activated meaning maybe he's not even a uchiha, and also he was saying the rinnegan was his to start with. These r clues but i still cant decipher tobi, kishimoto is genius!

p.s i think tobi could be the older son of the sage of six paths!

no he could an uchiha because both itachi and madara always had their eyes activated (half of the time) because they had the chakra to sustain it without significant chakra loss
plus tobi's sharingan is always seen in a battle environment so you never know
I think he's a zetsu too; that he absorbed uzumaki (chakra chains), senju (zetsu), uchiha (sharingan) dna to try and become the perfect being almost like so6p (older son-maybe)
