I actually think it's GuruGuru. Which might sound odd, like "Why would he wear his own face orange?"

Well have you actually thought that GuruGuru could have absorbed or completely merge himself with Obito since he is made half of the stuff GuruGuru is made of?

And Obito just kicked back and doing his plans while GuruGuru goofed around.

Or, GuruGuru used the same transformation Jutsu like Zetsu to transform into anyone, complete with Kamui. (He needed Obito's chakra obviously) KKG should be used since it's special chakra.
And the fact White Zetsu retained Kisame's Shark Mode.

It's confusing.
