I believe that red sussano is Madara's non perfect Sussano from the weapon he is using.

Edit: After looking again, I'm now certain that the red sussano is actually Itachi's Sussano as seen here:

Edit again: also by that first picture I showed you can clearly see the purple/blue sussano in that picture is Sasuke's, but isn't a PS.

It's fan-art, so it might not be 100% accurate, but the only red susanoo we have seen is itachi's (in shippuden, so its not canon)
