I wondered about it too a very long time ago, the weird part is that she asks if Kakashi visits Obitos grave, but she doesn't ask about Rin..

Anyway it isn't Rin of course, can't remember her name. She was an anbu who worked with kakashi when he was anbu captain, she is there since her husband was killed in the war with sand and sound

She's not Rin but I'm pretty sure she was around Kakashi's age. She had some connection to Hayate, the one killed during the Chuunin exams, possibly a friend or girlfriend. I think she even accompanied Kakashi to the 3rd's funeral and knew about Obito, implying she knew about him. I don't know if that was anime only though.
