My First thought was Dan x Tsunade.
Because he looks just like Tobirama, and Dan x Tsuande would make a child with a appearance simular.
Then I thought maybe Shizune X Kakashi.
That probably would be the most logical. He seems to be friends with Boruto.

Well, since at the end of The Last Toneri declined to go to earth with Naruto and Hinata and stayed on the moon forever the Toneri theory can be out of question.

Also, Sasori and Toneri are like twins with different hair colors.

Annnnnd.... why is a fodder random guy so important? There were tons of no name random classmates of Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura whom never became important and only appeared for 1 chapter.
