Who is this character? What is his true identity?

Now I leave it to you to decide, who is 'Teuchi'? Is he Hamura, or is he someone else entirely...? I don't buy the story of him being a simple ramen shop owner, he obviously possesses considerable skill, perhaps more so than Madara Uchiha, albeit his skills being unrevealed.
Who is he? What is his purpose? Is he good? Is he evil? Will he, in fact, be the final villain in the last Naruto movie?

Yes I can't help but notice how psychologically unstable he is throughout the episodes he's been featured in. His anger management problems, his weird perhaps even evil smiles... Hamura? Perhaps. Or perhaps someone much more powerful... much more sadistic and cruel.
