Who is the worst Villain overall?

Kaguya, hands down; we don't even have an explanation for her villainy which shows how little shits Kishi gives for her character which is pathetic. It shows how much she was worth to him; Deus ex machina to kill Madara.

None of them were villains to begin with. But if you mean antagonist, I'd say Black Zetsu is the worst villain. He was defeated so easily.

Kaguya was more or less a straight villain, Hagoromo said she may have started out with good intentions, but, by now, her goals are anything but good.

Sad as much as I dislike Obito I wouldnt have voted for him. There is no one more deserving than Kaguya. The worst replacement maybe in anime history.
