Ah crap no I change my mind. Sasuke is worse because Sasuke could teleport back to Konoha every so often and Ging didn't have that luxury.
I love Ging though, he's a funny character.

He could have come back but he chose not to.
He left Gohan and Chichi and wasn't there for Goten for the seven years of his life.
He even left his children to die when he could have save them in the buu saga.
