Who is the weakest kage?

well, i understand alot of people would have mixed views about who the weakest kage is, here you can express your opinions on which one you think is the weakest,

personally i think it is gaara, now dont start flaming me yet, listen first

alot of people will argue that mei is the weakest,

mei has two kekei genkai. one is lava release, the other is boil release.
she can spit enormus amounts of water to extinguish even the strongest fire techniques
her lava release even melted part of madaras susanoo
her boil release melted the rib cage of sasukes susanoo

gaara is the same age as konoha 11, he alot less powerful than before since he lost his bijuu
gaara is still the guy who got his ass kicked by rock lee a ninja who cant use nin or genjutsu, but won the fight,
but a certain ability remained. the sand control.

if i were to have lava or sand, i choose lava

Onoki is the strongest.
The second is defenitly Tsunade.
The 3rd is Gaara.
The 4th Mei or the Raikage
The 5th Mei or the Raikage

Oh and Kisame was the tail-less bijuu yet he wasnt the strongest akatsuki.
A's biggest problem its having one arm only. but even of he had two I dont see him going up

Tsunade is the weakest link, her abilities are very limited when it comes to a straight up fight. She is not that fast and lacks offensive jutsu. A has Bijuu level chakra and was the only one to land a blow on Madara out of the bunch. Also got through his susanoo, so it ain't him.

actually,gaara could stop onoki from using jinton,he has to stay stationary,then form it as seen with every jinton,and the fact that gaara was able to get between onoki and muu before the latter formed his jinton,his old body isnt suited for dodging and other evasive stunts and gaara's sand is very fast,gaara can fly too,so he could still chase down onoki using his sand missiles like in the opening fight with deidara or sand hail,onoki uses rocks as a base for his earth techs,gaara turns rock to sand easily,get what i mean?. Why put A with 2 arms and 1 arm?

Now that I think about it..

1.Onoki ( Being a Jinton user puts him at the top)
2.Gaara ( His sand is fast, and his massive sand burrial would be a problem even for tsunade)
3.Tsunade ( She has shown to be faster than what most people tought, Creation Rebirth its her triump card)
4.A ( His speed its a great advantage againts anyone and Lightning Coat makes him pretty durable)
5.Mei ( Lava relese and Boil relese make her worthy of the Mizukage title)

You do realize that miquoting me doesn't disprove anything right? The manga backs up what I say, your opinion is invalid. It was never stated that Tsnade has Bijuu level chakra. Never. A has been the only one to land a legitimate hit on Madara. Tsunade had a hard time hitting pre-time skip Kabuto... How is she better than any of the kages?

Tsunade healed Konoha twice a day.
In the war she survived the Havenly transfer, healad Onoki and Gaara, gave chakra to Mei, activated her Byagugou jutsu, broke Madara's Susanoo ribcage. She was stabbed with a giant sword. She broke it. She took 3 Yasaka Magatama- she survived.
She dealt with at least 3 Susanoo clone, while A fell in a genjutsu.
Then Tsunade gave enough chakra to Onoki to destroy 25 (!!!!!) Susanoo at the same time. After this she was faster than the others when she jumped in front of the 5 Katon jutsu.
Now she is cut in half, but she cant talk, use her chakra, summon and heal.

Tell me, which Kage can do this? A? Onoki? Gaara? Or Mei? None of them can.

A wasnt able to break the Susanoo. Onoki helped him. Re-read the chapter if you dont beleive me.
A couldnt even break Sasuke's Susanoo ribcage. He is not as strong as Tsunade. Actually he is not even close.

Though i think that A, with 2 arms, can defeat Tsunade.

I agree with this in terms of how useful they were in the war. Mei really hasnt done too much and she doesnt really have any defense like the others do cause her kekkei genkai's are both offensive only
