must be canon
And it cant be the guyswho tricked nar uto into stealing the scroll

Well it depends....if you mean in a one on one combat situation then White Zetsu....because Zetsu is ironically the greatest deffinition of a Ninja (he is stealthy...specializes in assassination).

But then again technically in a fight White and Black Zetsu would fight as one....I'm not going to be that guy who says Moegi or Udon (Konohamaru's friends).

So otherwise in an overall one on one I'd say Ino...because her best technique really requires a team effort.

Ino. Of all of the main shinobi in the series, I don't think she has contributed anything to any of the battles that she has participated in. I would have included Choji, too, but he got a huge power boost during the War Arc.
