if you mean alive now and no edo i would go with naruto in terms of raw power no one is close to him obito orochimaru and saskue are also up there with kakashi too (those are in no specific order exept naruto)

Obviously Kabuto is the most difficult to kill
fantastic medic + snake body(can split into many snakes) + Oral Rebirth + water body + Karin healing + for-see attacks because of DSM + large chakra pool that will not run out due to DSM so he can fight long periods of time + closed eye's so visual genjutsu is useless against him.
