i wish they would show shino more because i think he could be one of the strongest people and where are the shikimaru people!?!

On pure force? Sakura.
But if you count all the other stuff that comes in the picture - such as ability, intelligence and all, I can't really give you a name. As Shikamaru leads the way on an intelligence level, Sakura does on pure force, but both lack other skills (as all ninja's does) to be the most strongest. I do think the person with the less amount of weaknesses would be a Hyuuga - more likely Neji.

Its definitely sai. All the others are chunin or jonin. Sai's an anbu. He can fly, has super speed

Shikamaru. He is not the strongest in strength, but in mind and tactics. He is jonin level, as Temari has said. Asuma said he'd be a good Kage, but he'd turn it down being lazy. Unlike Sai, Shikamaru battled Kakuzu and Hidan, and blew Hidan's head off. Not to mention outsmarting him and Kakuzu. Shikamaru has came a long way. He's the strongest besides Naruto, Sasuke, and Gaara. Neji and Lee are strong too. If either one of them touched Shikamaru it'd be over. Especially with Lee's speed, but Shikamaru is smarter than Lee. That would be his defense. Also, his shadow possession and perfect timing would put him to a hault. Neji is more challenging. He's smarter than Lee and close to Shikamaru in brains AND Has super Hyuuga taijutsu. Neji's awesome, but I still lean towards Shikamaru because he uses everything from jutsu to scrolls and bombs. Neji and Lee could beat him, but I lean towards Shikamaru. Shino's also a troublesome guy. I'd hate to fight him, but Shikamaru just has to dodge the bugs. Shino's smart, but Shikamaru is smarter.
I'm just saying Shikamaru is better, IN MY OPINION. He took on two Akatsuki members and held his own partnering with Kakashi. He's basically a general of a portion of the army, because Gaara is the all around general. Shikamaru's a proxy general, not Shino or Lee. Lee And Neji are really awesome and super tough, I like them alot, but I just think Shikamaru wins by a hair. But it could go either way.\

i would go with lee. His speed is impressive which adds to powerful attacks, plus the eight inner gates are overwhelming.

The 8 gates are truly overwhelming. That's why I think despite Shikamaru's awesomeness, he'd get destroyed XD
