Haku in ice dimension
Muu/Onoki in gravity dimension
100% Katsuyu in acid dimension
Mei/Roshi in lava dimension
Gaara in desert dimension

For the sake of these battles let's say Mei can tank all lava and Katsuyu can tank all acid.

I would imagine quite a few people could beat haku in the ice dimension. Pretty much anyone Kakashi war arc or stronger. For the gravity dimension probably only God tiers. I don't really think anyone could win in acid dimension. Kage level to God tier should win in the lava dimension. And anyone stronger than deidara could beat gaara in a desert apparently
