Zabuza + Haku .. the only one who stood a chance of killing naruto ^^ (ok we still don't know if kyubi breaks free in case of a fatal wound...)
you can't simply ask for "who is the strongest villain"
you have to mark a point in time ...
todays naruto would defeat the chunin exam orochimaru without risking his life
todays sasuke would do the same
the strongest villain throughout the timeline must be madara even though he can't be considered a real "villain" at all ...

Well from the naruto Shippuuden serie so far I really think Deidara&Sasori are the most dangerous I've seen so far^^ Why deidara: He wins his fight against Gaara and the 3 tails Rather easy, ok against gaara he had to avoid his fast sand alot but still he only lost his left arm against the sands ULTIMATE DEFENSE^^ and Sasori,well come on a pupeteer that commands 100 pupets at once would you like to face that army when your ALONE against him^^
